Praise God In His Sanctuary

This one is perhaps my favourite of the worship albums from the Dales, not least for personal reasons: I took my wife-to-be along on this one and it was her first experience of the worship at the Dales Bible Week. We have many precious memories of a very special Dales Week from this period in our lives.

Seeded with many original David Hadden songs, this album features his distinctive, versatile playing style to excellent effect. If you want to know how a certain Hadden song should be played, this is the album to listen to!

The album begins with the eponymous Praise the Lord, Praise God in His Sanctuary, and then into the lovely Living under the Shadow of His Wing, and progresses through some real classics of the period. I can still see, in my mind's eye, the people dancing to the songs on this tape! The one song I miss from this time that isn't on the album is All Hail King Jesus, which was the title of the songbook for the week, yet was not on the tape of that year's worship. A most odd omission.

In any event, this is a superbly upbeat album, a real gem. Enjoy the feast!
